Megan has made these "clutches" for the perfect grab and go when all you need is a diaper and your purse. Very convenient and it has a pocket for carrying your wipie box or ointment. Folds out to reveal a full length changing pad. This particular one is made with soft soft minkie, and coordinating fabric. Velcro closes~
